My introduction into real estate began at an early age listening to my parents routinely talk about bad tenants, increasing operating expenses and net returns. They were small-time landlords of about 4 single-family homes in Sacramento, CA and I learned from them the importance of staying on top of one’s real estate investment. My father was a general contractor, and from him I learned that no big project is intimidating if you simply broke down the tasks into small steps - very useful in everyday life! In college, I forayed into different fields - Speech & Communications, Advertising and Motion Graphic Animation - all of which help me today in negotiations, marketing, thinking creatively, and paying particular attention to even the tiniest details of my real estate transactions. Real estate is both challenging and rewarding with plenty of opportunities to expand one's knowledge in market trends, tax advantages, cash on cash returns, renovations. The past two years had been very exciting and led me to several commercial listing closings. I’ve successfully sold medical offices (called business brokering) and their commercial properties in California and on the east coast specifically Vermont, Florida, Indiana, Maine. I have worked with investors analyzing the profitability of Retail buildings and Offices, and negotiated with commercial brokers, lenders, investors and their financial analysts. This year, I am directing my focus on helping homeowners sell their properties and negotiate better deals on their behalf. My goal is to help homeowners get through complex transactions as smoothly as possible, provide stress-free sales experiences and get my clients the most for their property which they rightfully deserve.

I’ll have your home painted, cleaned, updated and repaired to get it competitively priced in this market at no upfront cost to you! Once the transformation is complete, your home will go on the market. Reports show that homes are sold quicker and at higher prices when they are updated as buyers love a move-in ready home. You’ll pay for the services when one of these happens - your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with me, or 1 year has passed from the home improvement date.

Your home will have a video and/or 3D tour and a website to show its features, the neighborhood, amenities, and stunning photos taken by a photographer. It will have a custom-designed property statement and will be broadcasted through e-blasts weekly. I will put to work all the resources I have to connect your home with several buyers looking in the area and with wish lists that match everything your home offers, and will encourage all the brokers and agents to tell all their buyers about your home, and follow-up with everyone that showed interest.
